Rules :
1.A maximum of two students per paper are allowed.
2. A team can have participants from different colleges.
3. Students can also submit their papers in any topic related to emerging trends, apart from the topics mentioned below.
4. The contestants are required to send only a soft copy along with an abstract (not exceeding 500 words).
5. The front page of paper should consists of team members names, contact no., e-mail id`s and college name and title at top of the page.
6. The paper should be in IEEE and any ".doc" or ".dox" format.
7. All the participants are required to bring 2 hard copies of their paper along with them on day of event.
8. Selected participants will be given 8 minutes for presentation, 2 minutes for query session.
9. Videos (if any) may be included, but they should be played within same allocated time limit of 8 minutes.
10. Time limit should be strictly followed any extension can lead to deduction of marks.
11. We select the papers for presentations and they will be intimated through email on March 3rd,2014.
12. Violation of any rules can be result in rejection of paper.
13. A registration fee of RS.200/- per team has to be paid on spot .
